wedding
It has been confirmed...
My ex-classmate from secondary school is getting married this coming October at the age of 20.
Which in my opinion, is way to young to tie yourself for the rest of your life, especially when you're NOT knocked up.
My dear friend C has announced her engagement through the infamous Web 2.0 site -- Facebook on one fine day when I was too busy with my assignments and revisions.
Life is busy.
I was not shocked, since she had hinted before that she wanted to get married next year, but not this year.
Maybe its because next year is 2012, I don't know.
Nevertheless, I am very, very happy for her.
Her other half does treat her well, loving, caring and with respects.
I am very glad she had found the one in her life.
I admit that I'm a lil' bit jealous, but getting married is the last thing I wanna accomplish in my life right now.
True, I already had my wedding planned out (courtesy of being my aunt's bridesmaid and brain-washed with cliche chick-lits).
I even know what poses I want to do for my wedding photoshoot -___- (Wish I also find myself ridiculous thinking of it)
But now is really not the time for life-time commitment, especially when I still have my degree waiting for me.
Studying is so important to me and completing my Masters is one of my must-do list in my life.
Getting married while I have yet to finish my degree not the ideal way to live my life.
Nevertheless, congratulations to my beloved friend who I've known since I was 12.
I am so happy that she had found her Mr. Right and both are very much in love.
The wedding will be the most beautiful ceremony for me this year, next to my aunt's wedding.
